toga party!

alright, so last weekend-ish... we had a bit of a toga party, sorta, it was an awesome murder mystery party set in the roman times, in the ides of February...:). so cory and i have played this game a few times, and we have more fun every time we play! but don't worry its been 2 years since the last time we played, and i cant even remember what i made for dinner tonight, much less the murder game.. so it was a refresher! either way, we had an awesome time! we had some friends who knew we had the game and they've been wanting to play it, and we figured we have 4 couples wanting to play, and the game needs four couples, so why not? so we planned and we bought food, and for the most part it was pretty darn authentic! except the potato's, but that was my fault (me being sherry) i can't have meat and carrots without potato's...that what i get for being raised by idahonians...:D.. (love you mommy and daddy<3) anywho.. so here's some awesome pics, a few have a blurry spot in them, lets just say i cant wait till mid-march when i finally get my new camera!!!!! :D....I'll explain the pics as we go along, no worries!!

this is Angela and Jerome Barrett and the ever adorable aurora! angela was flotilla submergia, and she owns and runs a large shipping company, and Jerome, was bogus fortunatus, and true to his name he was basically a fortune teller, he enjoyed ripping animals apart (like lions???:D) and telling you what to expect... and Rori was just cute...

next as everyone should know by now is Ben and Merritt finch! Ben was Caesars first in command, maximus testosterus! the renowned military commander! and Merritt was the beautiful vestal virgin (with 2 kids?? how'd that happen??) Rotunda immaculata! she was the one in charge of keeping the eternal flame alive!!ooooooooohhhhhhh....

anywho so yeah it was a good time! we had fun! and we're looking forward to forgetting it again so here in two or three years we can do it again!! :D...he he he.. any who.. me (being sherry) had an appointment the other day, they basically wanted to check the baby's heart beat, at our ultra sound they took pictures of the heart, which kind of made sherry feel weird, they told us that there was a white spot in a few of the ultra sound pictures, it was in the same place in all the pictures and that if there was more then one white spot, they would worry, but one white spot didnt worry them.. and it'll probably go away with time.. but at the ultra sound the technician remembered to listen to the heart beat but forgot to record it, so they wanted to re-record it. so we did, and baby Shaun has a heart rate of just under 150 beats a minute! which the Doctor said was fantastic! so yeah.. all is well, sherry's been having a lot of cramps and those fun little pains you get when your getting ready to have a baby, but she can handle it.. no biggie (thank heavens for nice hot baths...) cory is doing well with most things, his job is getting a little irritating, but whose job isn't? the girls are angels...when they arent being devils.... my house can go from immaculate to tornadoed in 10 minutes flat..... weeee... anywho., its late im sleepy enjoy! love you all!!

still nothing new..

ok first off, we'd like to welcome home Ben!! after six months in the desert he's home!! Merritt is thrilled to say the least. we celebrated our first "hangin out" by doing something Cory swore he'd never do...guitar hero....look i have pictures to prove it..

i don't think he knew it included drums other wise he probably would have played sooner..

so the girls got some new outfits, nikoys favorite is BY FAR, her valentines outfit.. it makes her look so much older then four..... its so not fair... *sniff*...my baby's getting too big..

unfortunately they had NOTHING for any girls between he ages of 18months to 3t...... so Kaylee didn't get a valentine outfit this year, but they did have an outfit that reminded me of something out of the 80's i HAD to get, when she actually puts it on i'll post some pics, ( i dont think Cory likes it..but he gets to cope..:)) anywho, we spent most of the actual valentines day in our Jammie's..

torturing the poor kitty.

Cory had to go to "work" to do a "quick inspection," and he ended up coming home with a HUGE "lumpy" (Winnie the pooh hefalump) for a Kaylee, and a HUGE tiger for nikoy and a little tiger for me!! but i also got a new fox key chain and plushie magnet!! so it was fantastic! i have a huge plushie tiger i've had since my junior year of high school, (his name is Bacardi..) and now i have Bacardi the huge tiger, and Smirnoff the little tiger..:) don't ask... i got Cory a new superman blanket ( we have so many blankets over here...thats all we needed was another one......:D oy) and it even came in on time!! it got here on Friday, but unfortunately cory had to work late and by the time he got off the post office was closed..sad.. so we tried to get it on saturday, but unfortunately the post office was closed....sadder.. and sunday it was closed and monday was presidents day so OBVIOUSLY it was closed.. so now its tuesday and so help me if its closed again im going to have a mental breakdown (which im never far from anyways...:D)
so yeah..corys gets his gift today..:)

we had fun decorating these cute little valentines boxes, the girls had fun making them and scribbling all over them, i had fun filling them and poking holes in them for the ribbons, it was tedious because the girls wanted to help and i ended up having to cut out an extra one because Kaylee decided one wasn't quite finished and needed it needed a bath.... in the potty.....so we tossed it and made a new one.....

see? pretty! so yeah.. that's all so far nothing else to report, sherry and baby Shaun are doing fantastic, we've decided he's going to be a world class wrestler or kick boxer, its fun to watch my tummy go berserk, it looks like something out of space balls..:D where the guy eats the soup and the alien jumps out of his stomach and starts singing...he he he...creepy...so yeah, also nothing new on Cory.. we still haven't heard back about his MEB. we've decided that if they allow him to cross train he'll go into being an LDS Chaplin's assistant, which is FANTASTIC because he'll have time for school!! wee! and if he gets separated, we have no idea what we'll do....so yeah.. we'll somehow survive....we'll just move in with mom..:D he he he...free loaders.. :)

Yes..:) you are seeing this correctly...it has become HE!!!! HE HAS A WINKY!!! and he was not shy! he kept turning so we could see... it was funny! the technician laughed!

i get to start buying blue now!!!:D ..so for Every ones info, Shaun Cayden Anderson, is due on June 22ND, so far he is 26 CM long which is about 10 inches long, and is 14 oz. so he's just under a pound!! he was in a very photogenic mood at this appointment.. and yes all is well!! 10 fingers 10 toes (five on each :)..) good head, four chamber heart! and a beautiful spine!! all is formed and fantastic!! :) so yeah.. we spent the better part of an hour looking at our boy! so yeah, I've posted a bunch of the pictures we got! enjoy the cuteness!

realization....

so I've come to a realization..( I as in me...Sherry) that as of Monday the 2ND of February i will be 20 weeks preggers and that means I'm half done!! of course the first 3 of those weeks was spent in wondering, and the next 4 after that was simply denial.....so 7 of the 20 weeks technically don't count...which really doesn't matter anyway..hopefully on the 4Th we'll be seeing a gender... hopefully....pray for us..i swear if it rolls over and goes back to sleep and doesn't let us see again I'm gonna poke in the head every day till its born.... it'll have a lumpy head for the rest of its life.... :D we'll call it "lumpy" for short...and it'll never really know why.....i love my babies....this ones no different. now that i feel it moving all the time its become more real. before it was just a bug that was making me sick..now its actually a BIG bug that only makes me sick on days that i need to feel good........so I've been comparing this pregnancy to my other two, which had their differences but were for the most part the same... with pregnancy 1 and 2, the morning sickness was alllllll the freaking time, nine months of clockwork dry heaving... i could tell you the exact times I'd have my head in the toilet..with this one, it was every morning but its gotten alot lighter, i don't think I've had my head in the toilet for a week! (which is fantastic for me....:D) so I'm still nauseated a bit but i don't actually throw up anymore... weird!! and fantastic!!
also with pregnancy 1 and 2 my hair was FANTASTIC!! it grew so fast and i could go a week without washing it and you'd think it was freshly clean,.. (just FYI, i never went a week without washing my hair it was just for example...:D), and as soon as the girls were born it all fell out.. :(... my nails were growing fast and strong! they never chipped! it was great i had people asking me where i get my nails done and I'd smile and say "i grew em!" with #3, i wash my hair every day, and it looks like i haven't washed it in a week.... i wash it every-other day and it looks like i haven't washed it in a month, if i actually go a week without washing it people will wonder what that smell is...AND its already falling out! its like shedding season at the Anderson home!! "whats this hair on me? sherry!!" you could make a wig with all the hair i sweep up.... my nails are dry and very thin and they chip easily! and its not fair!! and with #1 and 2, i hardly gained any weight! it just looked like a had a basket ball under my shirt... with #3, lets just say baby got back....and i really watch what i eat! snack time, have an apple, mm mm baby carrots!! ooooo celery! it takes more calories to eat celery then the celery itself contains!!.so there are some MAJOR differences... it'll be interesting to see what Else happens.. nikoy and Kaylee were both long births! 9 and a half hours for nikoy and over 16 for kaylee. maybe this one will be quick and painless!! HAH Thad be nice.. so yeah... I've talked to people who have said well if its so different it must be a boy, and others who have said everyone of their pregnancy's were completely different and they have 6 girls....so I'm not making any assumptions... so yeah the 4Th hopefully we'll know whether or not we're buying pink or blue...actually it'll be red, or orange and blue.. we have enough pink, alot of pink.. if its another girl she will have red, and she'll be my little lady bug..and if it end up being the heir to Cory's throne, he'll be my little prince!!! we're all royalty....we have boy names already, if its blue he'll be Shaun Caydon Anderson, same first name and initials as his daddy, and if its a girl, we know the middle name, but we're still arguing over a first name.. i like Lacey gwynn Anderson.. Cory doesn't.. but he hasn't really come up with anything better... so we'll see if we need to or not...and a question to all the mothers out there....WHY DO WE DO THIS TO OURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!........oya...

so we are having problems with our computer/Internet.....
so if you've written and we've "ignored" i apologize!! the people we get our Internet through insist that the problem lies within the computer, and we tell them our Internet worked ....decently (better then it does now) before they made us switch to this stupid new modem....so..yeah....until we can either find a friendly pal who happens to know computer stuff, or we get enough cash to take it in to "the guru" over on the other base (its a fix it shop kinda thing..) then we'll deal with a stupid Internet that only works when it FEELS like it...... so hopefully this will resolve itself, if not Cory's probably getting a laptop with our tax return (I'm getting a Nikon D90...:) awesome camera.....) and hopefully that laptop will be able to do Internet shtuffs we'll find out I'm not sure how that works..... any who... LOVES!

these dresses are GORGEOUS!! they were Christmas gifts from Nana, and the girls are GORGEOUS in them!! in fact there is a daddy-daughter princess ball coming up that Cory is going to go spend an evening with nikoy, he gets to get all gussied up in his air force tux, and nikoys going to go through a fun little make-over!! and she'll be wearing this beautiful gown from Nana! my camera isn't the most amazing so she seems to be glowing in it... to much light and a little over exposed,, but still beauty-full..

ha ha good laugh.. any who..so that's all for now, nothing new to report, sherry and #3 are doing good, although we haven't decided if the morning sickness has chosen to make a return or if sherry's caught a bug.... all she can say is "blah" we can feel the baby move alot now! so ...it starts..... most people love feeling the baby move, and for some reason it's cute the first or second time, but when the baby starts doing jumping jacks in your belly, it gets old fast.... and sherry gets a bit tired of it... oh well... the "joys" of pregnancy... and as with the first two she's positive this one will be worth the wait too... :)

corys working his heiny off as usual, we are a little peeved if we end up staying here long enough to have the baby in Germany, cory will more then likely not get to take leave to help me adjust to 3 kids, which infuriates sherry to no end because she knows everyone else is getting their leave but heaven forbid the shop do without cory for a week....... but.... sherry is woman,,,she is strong hear her roar....mrower.....so yeah.. he's getting a bit frazzled waiting for the results of his medical eval. to come in, we were supposed to have heard something by now, but...no such luck.... so we'll see, if we end up having to go home they are running out of time, i only have 18 more weeks before i cant go on airplanes any more..................*oy*... any who.... LOVES!
