realization....

so I've come to a realization..( I as in me...Sherry) that as of Monday the 2ND of February i will be 20 weeks preggers and that means I'm half done!! of course the first 3 of those weeks was spent in wondering, and the next 4 after that was simply denial.....so 7 of the 20 weeks technically don't count...which really doesn't matter anyway..hopefully on the 4Th we'll be seeing a gender... hopefully....pray for us..i swear if it rolls over and goes back to sleep and doesn't let us see again I'm gonna poke in the head every day till its born.... it'll have a lumpy head for the rest of its life.... :D we'll call it "lumpy" for short...and it'll never really know why.....i love my babies....this ones no different. now that i feel it moving all the time its become more real. before it was just a bug that was making me sick..now its actually a BIG bug that only makes me sick on days that i need to feel good........so I've been comparing this pregnancy to my other two, which had their differences but were for the most part the same... with pregnancy 1 and 2, the morning sickness was alllllll the freaking time, nine months of clockwork dry heaving... i could tell you the exact times I'd have my head in the toilet..with this one, it was every morning but its gotten alot lighter, i don't think I've had my head in the toilet for a week! (which is fantastic for me....:D) so I'm still nauseated a bit but i don't actually throw up anymore... weird!! and fantastic!!
also with pregnancy 1 and 2 my hair was FANTASTIC!! it grew so fast and i could go a week without washing it and you'd think it was freshly clean,.. (just FYI, i never went a week without washing my hair it was just for example...:D), and as soon as the girls were born it all fell out.. :(... my nails were growing fast and strong! they never chipped! it was great i had people asking me where i get my nails done and I'd smile and say "i grew em!" with #3, i wash my hair every day, and it looks like i haven't washed it in a week.... i wash it every-other day and it looks like i haven't washed it in a month, if i actually go a week without washing it people will wonder what that smell is...AND its already falling out! its like shedding season at the Anderson home!! "whats this hair on me? sherry!!" you could make a wig with all the hair i sweep up.... my nails are dry and very thin and they chip easily! and its not fair!! and with #1 and 2, i hardly gained any weight! it just looked like a had a basket ball under my shirt... with #3, lets just say baby got back....and i really watch what i eat! snack time, have an apple, mm mm baby carrots!! ooooo celery! it takes more calories to eat celery then the celery itself contains!!.so there are some MAJOR differences... it'll be interesting to see what Else happens.. nikoy and Kaylee were both long births! 9 and a half hours for nikoy and over 16 for kaylee. maybe this one will be quick and painless!! HAH Thad be nice.. so yeah... I've talked to people who have said well if its so different it must be a boy, and others who have said everyone of their pregnancy's were completely different and they have 6 girls....so I'm not making any assumptions... so yeah the 4Th hopefully we'll know whether or not we're buying pink or blue...actually it'll be red, or orange and blue.. we have enough pink, alot of pink.. if its another girl she will have red, and she'll be my little lady bug..and if it end up being the heir to Cory's throne, he'll be my little prince!!! we're all royalty....we have boy names already, if its blue he'll be Shaun Caydon Anderson, same first name and initials as his daddy, and if its a girl, we know the middle name, but we're still arguing over a first name.. i like Lacey gwynn Anderson.. Cory doesn't.. but he hasn't really come up with anything better... so we'll see if we need to or not...and a question to all the mothers out there....WHY DO WE DO THIS TO OURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!........oya...

so we are having problems with our computer/Internet.....
so if you've written and we've "ignored" i apologize!! the people we get our Internet through insist that the problem lies within the computer, and we tell them our Internet worked ....decently (better then it does now) before they made us switch to this stupid new modem....so..yeah....until we can either find a friendly pal who happens to know computer stuff, or we get enough cash to take it in to "the guru" over on the other base (its a fix it shop kinda thing..) then we'll deal with a stupid Internet that only works when it FEELS like it...... so hopefully this will resolve itself, if not Cory's probably getting a laptop with our tax return (I'm getting a Nikon D90...:) awesome camera.....) and hopefully that laptop will be able to do Internet shtuffs we'll find out I'm not sure how that works..... any who... LOVES!

these dresses are GORGEOUS!! they were Christmas gifts from Nana, and the girls are GORGEOUS in them!! in fact there is a daddy-daughter princess ball coming up that Cory is going to go spend an evening with nikoy, he gets to get all gussied up in his air force tux, and nikoys going to go through a fun little make-over!! and she'll be wearing this beautiful gown from Nana! my camera isn't the most amazing so she seems to be glowing in it... to much light and a little over exposed,, but still beauty-full..

Kaylee got a matching one, but unfortunately the daughters have to be 4, to go to the daddy daughter ball, so mommy and Kaylee get to order pizza and watch sponge bob all night..:)

so we had aryka and rulon (and of course merritt and nanny-merritts mommy...) come over for...chili dogs i think this night was... any who, i walked in to check on the kids who were trapped in nikoys room, and this is what i found.....

ha ha good laugh.. any who..so that's all for now, nothing new to report, sherry and #3 are doing good, although we haven't decided if the morning sickness has chosen to make a return or if sherry's caught a bug.... all she can say is "blah" we can feel the baby move alot now! so ...it starts..... most people love feeling the baby move, and for some reason it's cute the first or second time, but when the baby starts doing jumping jacks in your belly, it gets old fast.... and sherry gets a bit tired of it... oh well... the "joys" of pregnancy... and as with the first two she's positive this one will be worth the wait too... :)

corys working his heiny off as usual, we are a little peeved if we end up staying here long enough to have the baby in Germany, cory will more then likely not get to take leave to help me adjust to 3 kids, which infuriates sherry to no end because she knows everyone else is getting their leave but heaven forbid the shop do without cory for a week....... but.... sherry is woman,,,she is strong hear her roar....mrower.....so yeah.. he's getting a bit frazzled waiting for the results of his medical eval. to come in, we were supposed to have heard something by now, but...no such luck.... so we'll see, if we end up having to go home they are running out of time, i only have 18 more weeks before i cant go on airplanes any more..................*oy*... any who.... LOVES!

our latest appointment..

-k- so I'm not bothering to put up the ultra sound pictures cuz i haven't decided if they are actually showing the baby or if the Doctor just pointed at something and clicked....cuz I'm not seeing baby parts in these pictures.. any who, so we got to the appointment hoping for a fun filled cool appointment and it was rather disappointing... the baby wouldn't cooperate, when the doc tried to see if we'll be buying blue or purple (I'm getting kinda tired of all the pink around here.....)the baby curled up into a little tiny ball and went to sleep......so sorry we don't know yet.... *sigh* more waiting.... always waiting... so he did and ultra sound for all of 3 minutes, then he brought us into his office asked a few questions that all had the same answer....no...... and then he put in a referral to go get the BIG ultrasound done, and put in for me to get the whole down syndrome testing thingy done. so i went and made and appointment for the ultrasound where they check EVERYTHING about the baby, head spine, heart EVERYTHING (hopefully we'll see some gender specific parts as well....:D) and then i got poked, and the we went home... the drive to the hospital lasted longer then the actual appointment... it was terribly disappointing.... any who.. so yeah.... and don't worry for those who haven't read it yet, i still have the "dislocated elbow" story just below this blog, go have a look see if you've got the stomach for it.. :)........ any who.. it's almost 10 pm, I'm going to bed.... LOVES YOU ALL!!

quick story.. not for the faint of heart....or queasy of stomach...

all right all right i'll tell..... so i had a few e-mails about the "no more dislocated elbows for sherry" comment in my last blog, and i guess i have to share the story....so february of 2007, we hadnt been in germany for a month yet, our household goods were still on a boat on thier way here, and we were bored out of our minds, so we decided on saturday to go bowling, adn we decided to stay late and have fun, so it was getting close to 10 pm, we were having a great time, kaylee was sleeping in her car seat, nikoy was running a mok... it was my turn to bowl, so i grabbed my ball, threw it, yay! hit a few pins... turn 2 came up, i tossed the ball backed up a bit to re-steady myself and as a took a step backwards nikoy came crashing into the back of my legs, adn down i went, and to keep myself from landing on nikoy, i landed and on my elbow instead, and well... the pictures speak for themselves......

this is my pretty bruise it showed up about a week after the accident... owie huh? well alot happend from this experience, as it turns out. we were still new, the closest LDS ward we could find was an hour and a half(ish depends on traffic) drive away in frankfurt, and the docter who got to re-locate my elbow ended up being in the high priest quarum in our stake and he was able to give us directions to our church and tell us what ward we're in, and he even had a ward list he gave us! i was nice to know its only a 10 minute drive to our church and not an hour...so it was great, in a painful way... i also learned that dislocations are NOTHING like they show in teh movies... you watch an action movie where the hero falls and grabs the edge of a cliff or something and dislocates his shoulder, he gets up pops it back in and continues on his way? not in real life, dislocating takes a LOT to heal! i couldnt straighten my elbow for weeks! and i had to go through physical therapy, and it was horrible, it still locks up on me once in a while... but anywho.. thats the story.. now you know...:)

christmas pictures!

so i finally got around to downloading the Christmas pics...:) sorry it took so long....i think I'm finally getting over the whole morning sickness thing which is weird because with nikoy and Kaylee's pregnancy it never went away.. and this one is like... almost no more nausea... if i don't eat for hours on end yeah i get sick, but if i eat something every couple of hours no nausea!! fantastic! and weird.... any who.. i got off track.. i already wrote a long Christmas blog so these are just the pics with a few captions.. LOVES



we spent Christmas eve at the finches house! as it turns out Cory and Ben are distant relatives!! small world. Cory's great grandfather, was Ben's great uncle...something like that.... any who they are very close friends and we love em so we spent Christmas eve with them, to prove they are family my amazing mom made these adorable hats! and she even made one for aryka because she knows they're family..:) and thankfully she sent them early enough, we couldn't find ANYTHING that would do for Christmas eve gifts and in grammy's package are these adorable Jammie's and hats! so thank you Grammy! Christmas eve was a hit after all!

screaming for joy...and hunger whens dinner?

this was Christmas morning, before the girls got to it...it doesn't look like much but we forgot to do pictures from behind the couch, there was so much shoved under the tree the poor plastic thing wasn't exactly touching the floor any more..:) we went way overboard this year...but it was fun!

Christmas morning mess...

so the day after Christmas the living rooms back to normal, daddy got us a Nintendo wii, what an awesome dad! and we get to bowl from our living room! no more dislocated elbows for sherry!!! (don't ask...unless you really want to..)

nikoy had a hard time at first but then she figured it out! what a big girl!
so Christmas rocked hard core!! :) nikoy has gotten amazing with her crayons! its so funny to watch her draw, she's gotten into this "phase" where she likes to scare Kaylee so she draws a lot of skeletons.....don't ask...

here's her first skeleton..she chased Kaylee around the house with this for a few minutes before i took it away and scanned it in.... it's still hidden cuz its to cute to let her destroy..

and this is her family picture..i dunno who is who, but theres Cory, me, nikoy, Kaylee, and aryka and rulon and ben and Merritt....i dunno who is who...but she giggle as she said "and we all have green spiky boy hair!! hahahahahah!".......... oh dear...

i haven't had a chance to do anything new with my mouse pen but i have 2 or 3 in the works.. Cory's been playing a mythological xbox game that has inspired me and now as i sit to ink them in i wonder "what have i gotten myself into?" and then i discover, its not like i have a dead line, I'm not getting paid for this i can take my dear sweet time to make sure it turns out just the way i want it.. so when it does turn out just the way i want them I'll post them.....:) any who.. LOVES!

oops almost forgot.. i have an appointment in about a weekish or so..and i'll hopefully be getting more ultra sound pics and if we are lucky we'll see if its pink or blue cuz i'd like to start buying while i have the money to do it...:) so watch for it!!
